For centuries the ancient art of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage has been used as a powerful tool for maintaining a healthy way of life. The strokes are long and flowing, using forearms and elbows, and giving the feeling of many hands on the body at once. Each day you will learn new exercises and massage techniques designed to harness the power of the elements earth, air, water and fire. This massage is profoundly relaxing, creating a deep trance state to allow the receiver to identify and dissolve limiting beliefs that cause illness in the body. All seminars incorporate movement and breath exercises, specific Hawaiian Massage techniques and exercises for self care. The Hawaiian practices of Pule-prayer, Oli-chant and Ho'oponopono-a focus on right thought and action and a process for conflict resolution are an integral part of every course. In this class you will
learn: Practitioners work on each other and switch partners to learn how to apply the techniques to different body types. Individual attention is given by the instructor so that the students learn how utilize their body mechanics in the most efficient way for them. Class Hours are 9:30am-5pm Saturday June 29 8:30-12:30 Sunday June 30th and 9:30am-5pm Monday and Tuesday July 1&2Students who pass this course will recieve a certificate for 24 hours of Hawaiian Massage training. In this exciting 2 day intensive you will learn new techniques to expand your Lomi lomi practice. Including advanced techniques, for releasing spinal erectors, jaw, psoas and diaphragm, more stretching and joint mobilization techniques, side lying for deeper access to hips, shoulders and more. We will also cover more forearm work and above and below the body work using the clients body weight to do the work for you. This class is open to my prior Lomi Lomi students and graduates of the June 29-July 2 2013 basic class. Graduates of the June 29-July 2 2013 basic class are qualified to attend for discounted rate of €625 for both courses. Returning students pay only €195 10am-5pm daily.
