This is the house specialty. The strokes are long and flowing,
using forearms and elbows, and giving the feeling of many hands
on the body at once. This massage is especially good for reducing
stress, increasing circulation, helps speed up recovery from illness,
it is incredibly relaxing and powerfully detoxifying.

Deep
Tissue
Using firmer pressure to access deep layers of muscle, this massage targets
specific areas of tightness or injury. Stretches and more isolated
joint mobilization and application of herbal muscle rubs and oils
to help release tension and speed recovery from injury.

Pregnancy Massage
A gentle but effective massage for the mother to be, nurturing
the whole body and targeting the areas most effected by pregnancy.
Personal instruction in prenatal fitness, birth preparation and infant massage also available.

stones, this massage deeply penetrates even the tightest muscles

These sessions are for those ready to take their bodywork to the
next level, releasing limiting beliefs and holding patterns that
form as a result in the physical body. The session begins with
a dialog on your intentions and patterns both physical, emotional
and spiritual. The massage may incorporate the use of different
oils, heated stones, breath and sound, toning, and massage. These sessions can be relaxing,
invigorating, rejuvenating, cathartic and life altering.

for Transformational Sessions.
